Hello iv got a escort rs s2 and the abs warning light has come on even tho the abs has been taken off!
Is it a wire come loose?? If so does any one know which one??
dont really wanna take bulb out the abs light and the liw level light is on but fluid is at normal level. they were both off till couple of weeks ago when they poped up togeher.
abs sensors are simply just switches that run on the abs belts so if the belt snaps the switch opens. If they are still there tape them up or cut the plug off and join the wires together.
Sorted it had carpet out to check 4 leaks! and noticed little bit of bare wire on the cable from the handbrake switch taped it up sorted must have been shortin on floor!
Abs warning light????
