Default Mondeo ST24 Help

Hi,

I took my battery off to charge today, just put it back on and now my Central locking wont work, and even when i turn the key to set the alarm that don't even work now.

Any one with any ideas please let me know thanks

check the fuses,
have you put all the wires back on the battery?
control unit is under the rhs dash
reset button is inside the door by the lock
can you lock from the pssenger side? or the inside?
turn the key 8 times in ten seconds,starts a test,alarm sounds when opening door or bonnet.shows that circuit is ok

Try unplugging the alarm/central locking module and reconnecting.

1 i think i have i will double check in a min
2 what dose it look like please
3 i will also have a look for this
4 will also do this

sorry for the question i am not that up on cars, but i will post my findings lol

yeah the door locks but none of the central locking is working so it ony opens and locks one door

Right i have sorted the alarm problem and the key works now thankyou very much, only problem i have left is i can not open the central with the key by the door, but it works on the key
