Default Help Please!!!

Hi i really need a list of parts i'll need to convert my ERST to EFI management, i've searched but i'm not confident i'll get all the parts needed. Could someone please list the parts i'll need

complete inlet manifold
cylinder head (or adaptor plate)
throttle body (or modify the smaller RST one)
throttle position sensor
injectors
injector rail
fuel pressure regulator
throttle cable (if you use the EFI throttle body)
throttle pedal (if you use the EFI cable)
temperature sensors
idle control valve
MAP sensor
flywheel (or 1.8 Sierra CVH crank trigger wheel)
crankshaft position sensor
dual-coil
plug leads (different type connectors for the coil)
EDIS-4 unit
60mm to 70mm reducer for the larger throttle body
ecu (Ford EECIV or aftermarket or Megasquirt )
loom

What did I miss?

edit:
knock sensor is needed too I believe

Do ALL those parts have to come off a fiesta turbo or can you use stuff of the N/A EFI fords (cvh ones)?

ECU, MAP sensor, inlet air temperature sensor and loom are turbo specific.
