how do you get the little collor thinkgs out of the block the water gallery thing??

round inverted bottle tops made of thin metal?

its not them mate.. the bits im on about are at the top end of the block and go into the head when its put on..

If you mean the dowels for head location, you can get them out by turning with mole grips.

if u warm the block up an then try u should be ok but if u damage them try ford mate

You don't need to squash the poo out of them, as said just apply enough pressure to turn them.
