Default USB ODB kits - any reccomendations or opinions?

Hello there, I'm trying to find out a bit more about them before i splurge £30 on one from ebay

something like this
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWAX:IT

is it likely to do more than just display / reset fault codes on my 52 plate 2.0 focus?

Can't tell from that one, but maybe not due to price, just message him and ask.

If it's a petrol it should work - assuming this is not garbage software.
On a diesel it's not likely. They do not have to comply with any EU rules regarding diagnostic read-out until 2004.
