Hi

I'm new to the forum. Having a problem with my 1999 Ford Focus 1.8 TDDI estate. The instrument panel illumination does not work, i.e. all the lights that illuminate the switches and instrument cluster, the rear lights don't work and o/s brake light does not work.

Also the front lights turn off as soon as I turn the engine / ignition off.

Does anyone have any idea what the issue might be?

I have already checked some fuses but they seem to be ok as far as I can see.

Any advice is most appreciated.
