Default Unleaded conversion

Hi guys,

Getting my 1.3 CVH re-built with a new cylinder head shortly, i'm currently adding lead additive to fuel which is a pain in the ar*e.

I hear the valve seats need to be hardened for unleaded, do I buy already hardened valves? If so, anyone know a good source? If thats wrong what needs doing? cheers

Sorry for the remedial mechanical questions yet again

The valves are the same ones, the seats will already from std be ok for unleaded, this is due to the fact that it has inserts fitted as it is a alloy head, it needs inserts anyway.
