Default ERST wont start when engine is warm

the car will fire everytime when cold but once it reaches running temp you turn the car come back to it 5 mins later and it wont fire. The car is turning over but wont fire but it will after you keep trying. What is causing this?

Still the starter motor mate what happens is the heat from the turbo and down pipe heat it up and due to probably no heatshield on it the heat causes it to fail when starting from hot. Common problem mate.

thats strange because i thought it was a fuel or air problem as the starter motor is turning over. I have had the overheating problem before where the motor wont even turn but in this case it is. What is the best way to fix this problem?

Should be a heat shield over it mate as said or you can knock something up and as suggested wrap up your turbo downpipe.

Heat wrap = ebay.
Fitting it won't cure the problem however, as you point out the engine is rotating fast enough to catch and not really slugishly, more likely to be a sensor problem or some toher lecky fault.
Next time it doesn't want to start check for a spark, crack a injector pipe and see if there is fuel flow.
