Default Ford Focus Central Locking

Hi,
I have a 2000 Ford Focus 1.6 ghia. When i purchased the car it came installed with a Toad Ai606 alarm, and everything worked fine. Recently, when i press the lock button on the remote, the hazards flash and the immoboliser activates, but no central locking. I have to manually lock it from the passenger side, as this locks all the doors. I have done some research, and i have changed the central locking fuse (fuse no 63) at the back of the fuse box. I have also followed some other advice which was to disconnect and re-connect the siemens central locking module under drivers side dashboard. I cant reprogramme the key because im using the toad remote and a butonless key, although i do have a main key for the car (with all the buttons), the battery needs to be changed.
As you can imagine its frustrating having an alarm which wont lock, and on top i have to lock from the passenger door aswell. Unlocking from the remote works fine, just the locking.
ANY help or ideas would be much appreciated!!!
Thanks in advance for any suggestions
