Mondeo TDCI 04plate problem?
Firstly can I say a big hello as im a newbe here and this is my first post. I never actually knew forums like this existed.
Anyway on to the problem. As the title says I have a Mondeo TDCI 04plate which I recently had a new dual-mass fly-wheel, starter motor, clutch and release bearing fitted to. The problem is it is now failing to start 1st time. If I come out in the morning it will start 1st time but throughout the day it can take up to 5 attempt to start. I have recently serviced it but never had new glow plugs fitted as I was told there is nothing wrong with them otherwise the light would be flashing and the car wouldn't start at all. Just to be clear the light isn't flashing. Also I have had the EGR off and cleaned it all but this has had no affect. I have had it hooked up to a diagnostic machine but no faults were found. What could the problem be?
Sorry for the lengthy reading
cheers

Not exactly the same but I had one on an 03 plate that would cut out for no good reason. Turned out to be the cam sensor, £24 from Brooklyn, 5 minute job.
