Default Mk 6 Fiesta crankshaft removal.

Can anyone tell me how the bottom end of a Zetec SE motor is dismantled and reassembled? According to the Haynes manual, it shouldn't be done. Something to do with the way it's put together at the factory, not being able to be replicated with the usual methods. I've bought a car with the head off that looked like it had done a head gasket. The motor is now almost completely stripped other than the crank which is full of creamy looking oil. Obviously water has gotten in with it. I'd like to clean it all out before I put it all back together, but the manual says that Ford don't supply torque settings for the bolts and advises against removing the crank.

Thanks jpfour for the suggestion of looking at the ZSOC site. Have posted my question there and am awaiting a response.
