If a 2.0 16v non turbo'd car was RR'd and came out at 157.8 what would that be at the wheels on average in hp?

it all depend on a few things like type of car and transmission and gear ratios but on average your looking at aroun 25% loss for fwd, about 35% loss for rwd and about 40-45% loss with 4wd, so yours (based on 2wd is about 130hp atw but thats just off the top of my head, jon

i think you've got issues if your losses are as bad as those!!!!!!

typically 15% loss per pair of driving wheels.
so about 134bhp assuming 2wd
