Default new shape focus 1.5 vct water ingress in spark plug holes

hi im a mechanic by trade and was servicing a good customers focus the other day and all the spark plug holes where full of water.
she has had problems before of missfireing due to this problem and took the car to fords and they said there was water in the plug holes and changed the ht leads and plugs.
the missfireing once again occured and went back to fords where they fitted an ignition coil.
she recentley took the car to my garage and when i took the ht leads off there was alot of water in the ht leads and spark plug holes the actual leads where bright orange and so was the plugs!
i spoke to our local ford specialist tremona garage there where very helpfull and said sometimes the core plugs in the rocker cover area leak coolant but this isnt antifreeze its like rain water it doesent have that sweet taste antifreeze has. ive seen a couple of focuses like this now,is there a cure? this has had genuine ford ht leads fitted and my older focus has the same ht leads but mines dry! any help would be great!
tony!

usually the core plugs in the head, i done a 56 plate focus the other week with this problem and it turned out that the washer pipe was leaking and everytime they worked the washers it was spraying onto the top of the head

iirc the core plug doesnt actually look like a core plug, it has an allen key hole or similar and you tighten it up rather than just knocking it in, i might be way out though

Washer jets/pipes leaking is a very common problem, also be careful if you need to remove the cam cover as the bolts can seize in due to the corrosion and snap in the head, now that is a fun job!
