s2 rst heater controls relocation
hi, done it on mine, ive got a 7.2 inch widescreen in mine where the heater controls are fits spot on,
I then moved the heater controls and vents, down into where u have the ford amplifier or u may have the cassette holder thing, pull all that out, and u will find that the heater controls and vents will fit into this hole!!.
The electical wires to turn the heater on are long enough to strech down and plug back onto, but one downside, the wire pulleys for the heat and direction, i got my direction one wired up, but not the heat one, so i just pulled the wire down and it sits along side the centre console on the drivers side and i just pull and push the wire up and down to adjust the heat, not ideal put just as easy.
Another thing is that i didnt bother with plumbing the vents up, dont really need them anyway, but i blocked the end of the tubes up so air dont blow behind my screen.
Took me about an hour to do. will try and get pictures for u soon
