Default co adjustin srew fooked

hi been tryin to fined a problem out with my car it wont idle wen its hot and goes spluttery i think now now the problem the co is ment to be set at 3.5% and its on 8% will this being my problem the fuel metering unit cus the co screw is fooked and cant adjust it ??? is ebay good forthe metering units or does any one no of any good ones going and how much am i lookin at for a good one thanks for ur time

The thread where the screw goes can be repaired, even if taking out 1/2mm.

its the head of the screw that is fooked its rounded of and wont turn
