HI CAN ANYONE HELP BOUGHT MY SIERRA COS 4X4 AS A STANDARD CAR I HAVE NOW FITTED MONGOOSE EXHAUST 803 GREENS 3 BAR ITG FILTER RADTEC FRONT MOUNT -31 Ahmed Bayjoo Stage 3 ECU Chip and Pectel Baby Board BUT DOES NOT SEEM ANY QUICKER AND THE REV LIMITER HAS NOW DROPPED TO ABOUT 6500 ALSO DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT DIZZY CAP SHOULD BE FITTED ITS A 91 RED TOP BUT THE CAP THATS FITTED IS A STRAIGHT CAP BUT THE LEADS SEEM TO RUB THE INLET MANIFOLD

It should feel massively different, especially torque wise.
I suspect there may be a problem with the car to start with before the conversion.
Usuall things to look at are the voltage at the fuel pump under load, how old is the fuel filter ?
If it has not had one a fuel pump rewire is going to help resist meltdowns, and is a must, as well as the fan rewire.

il bet your actuator is set at 8psi

do you have a boost gauge?

did you pre load the actuator rod?
or have you even adjusted it?

Hi thanks for the replys i have adjusted the actuator nearly fully in could it be that it needs to be remaped?
