ok guys, please dont take the piss but my girlfriend has a chrysler neon 2.0 16v. it was given to her by a friend. it starts fine, revs up when given throttle then cuts out. it needs throttle and only last say 10 seconds max before cutting out......any ideas? any ideas would be great as she needs to get back and fourth to work as she has just found a job after 7 months of having ill health.

ps its a manual my the way, not the autos that they noramlly are.

 

I actually quite like these, though admit they are not that good, still like em though.
Common area is the coilpack, and sometimes the crank sensor connector.
