i have an escort rs turbo looking for help with the fuel relay pins could someone please tell me what goes to each pin as someone has bodged mine before pin 31- and 54-15 and 1-3 and 15-11 and 30-28 i think im correct in saying this one of them would be a permanent live an ignition live an earth a signal wire from ecu and fuel pump supply any help will be aprecciated thanks

 

i have the wireing diagram at work an ill try an post it up here for you. its not a complicated problem an a easy fix. the realay has prob got hot at some point an melted the holder an bin bodged

 

ok thanks m8 i realy apreciate that i hope i can get it sorted when i first bought the car when i turned the ignition on the pump would prime permanent untill it flooded looking into it the fuel pump supply wire is connected straight to the ignition live but its my first escort rs and i love it lol

 

ok there should be 5 pins on the relay, 31 30 87 15 and 1 and the relay coulor should be pink?? pin 31 brown wire(earth). pin 30 red wire(perm live so check with meater to make sure it has feed). pin 87 has 2 wires a black and red the pump feed an another black an red wich goes to the aux air valve.pin 15 is black wire goes to ign.pin 1 is a green an red wire its linked to the same pin in the ecu as the green coil wire.hope this helps mate
