Please help!!!!!!

I have had to borrow the correct torx tool from work to bolt down the head on my escorts zetec and need to return it tomorrow morning. However, I have misplaced the old Mondeo haynes manual I had for it.

Can someone please dig out the torque settings/sequence for the head bolts for me so I can fit it tonight? Google is failing me and just bringing up websites trying to sell me engine parts and for some reason LCD tellys!

cyl. head bolts models up to 4/1998

stage 1 25 Nm 18 lbft
stage 2 45 NM 33 lbft
stage 3 angle tighten a further 105 degrees


for models from 5/1998 on

stage 1 15 Nm 11 lbft
stage 2 40 Nm 30 lbft
stage 3 angle tighten a further 90 degrees


sequence (from5/1998 on)

2 8 10 6 4

3 5 9 7 1

I need the torque settings for head cylinder of my ford mondeo 2003 2l Ghia. 16V Duratec HE engine.
