Please help!!!!!!

I have had to borrow the correct torx tool from work to bolt down the head on my escorts zetec and need to return it tomorrow morning. However, I have misplaced the old Mondeo haynes manual I had for it.

Can someone please dig out the torque settings/sequence for the head bolts for me so I can fit it tonight? Google is failing me and just bringing up websites trying to sell me engine parts and for some reason LCD tellys!
