When fitting a bailey breather kit onto a 4x4 cos does it connect onto the standard oil seperator (black metal box under manifold)or does the new system do away with it?
Has anyone got a diagram on where all the pipe work goes to.
Yeah, your meant to slide in 1 of the alloy pipes but its a proper tight fit so we ended up using the standard ford rubber elbow, putting the pipe into that, then the elbow back on the metal box type thing, brings the pipe out up the back but makes no difference.
If you've got July 2002 FastFord, there is an article on how its all done.
would be v thankfull - - looking at the job - it looks as if breathering ftom both sides of the block is the better way to go rather than breathing from one side and the rocker box - before i pull it all to bits though im gonna make sure i have all the bits, pipes and clips ands stuff.
Dint get that m8
Big un under tank breathes to atmostphere, little un underneath breathes/drains to sump, 1 of the top uns goes to rocker, other top un goes to original breather point under inlet manifold.
