Hi guys
Ive decided to build myself a mk2 fiesta turbo. I currently have a mk4 xr3i cabriolet with s2 rs turbo engine running mfi so hoping to use this engine into the fez.
Previously wanted to get a mk2 xr2 to do the swap but ive just won a fez on ebay that looks like a xr2 but has 1.1 engine and 4 speed box.
I know with the xr2 i have to cut a bit out the middle of the front crossmember due to the t3 turbo but apart from that didnt really know what else to do.
What do i need to use from the cab turbo (apart from rad,turbo,engine,loom etc)and also will i need any other bits from a xr2 to do the swap (ie, will the escort linkage fit the mk2 fez? as im guessing i cant use the mk2 fez 4 speed linkage).
