Normally is doesnt, but once in a while when the car has been locked away for a while I get a red sea on the floor in my garage.. Happens only once or twice a year. Doesnt drip oil in between. Looks like its losing its oil at the drivers site (uk cars wish) at the steeringrack.

Is this a common problem and easy to solve with a new seal?

Its a sierra cossie 4x4.
