hi there every1, av jst bought my third escort rs turbo and av come across a niggly problem.. On pickin the car up everything was runnin sweet then all of a sudden wen a gave it a good blip in 5th it started back firing like a machine gun but cleared itself, thought nothin off it untill a ffew days ago wen its started doin it more often except the back fires were a lots louder. on warm up a can b idling it on 2000revs for mayb a couple of mins then the engine will cut out and now everytime a turn ignition on the fuel pump is not cuttin in!! is the relay goosed or is there an air leek on 1 of the breather hoses???
