Default Cosworth coolant system pressure?? HELP!!

has anyone measured the pressure in the coolant-system on a 4x4 YB engine?

having some trouble with my engine at the moment, had a gauge on the system today and its rising to ca 1.4 bar on full boost before the cap blows out the pressure.

at normal driving its at about 0.9 bar.

when i rev the engine in neutral it doesn't blow out any water, the problem is only on boost...

the car is not smoking any, or using any water (exept the water it blows out...)

i havn't bleeded the system, but this shouldn't be an issue?

will try to pressurise the intake manifold tomorrow and see if the coolant pressure rises.

sort of thinking about headgasket, but i'm not sure.

engine is idling just fine, no problems there...

ANYONE!?!?! TRACKDAY ON SUNDAY, lol!!

4x4 coolant system with radtec radiator, bailey header, samco hoses, no oil cooler, no water on turbo.
group a headgasket, longstudded engine (it has been tourqued up regualary)

yeah, the symptomes for a bad headgasket is there, but i think its wierd somehow, considering that the compression pressure is much higher than the boost pressure...

had the problem sometimes last year too, but i think it is getting worse now, not sure...

but will try to set 2.0 bar to the inlet manifold later today, see if this changes anything in the header tank.

was sort of thinking if the inlet runners in the head could have a crack or something, blowing the boost pressure into the water channels.

i'll gues i just have to investigate some more after work

cheers!
