Default idle rpm

hi cant get car to idle below 1.5k rpm.have tried resetting tps but this does no good.car is 3dr with l1 stg1 2wd tps and 2bar map sensor.anyone have any ideas as cant drive car like this also its very rich

dissconnected iscv and still high,thing is was sort off idling ok other day but i tried a l8 and greens 4dw tps and swapped around outer wires but car would'lt start so i swapped it all back and finally got car to start but now idles well high.dont know if this matters but i have mounted my air filter behind my front bumper?

The engine is getting the air needed for idling faster from somewhere, otherwise it wouldn't be able to idle faster.
Usual culprit is sticky iscv, or air leak somewhere, although running rich certainly won't help.
I would just go through it all slowly, it's bound to show up what is wrong.
