Default Mondeo tdci running problem

hi guys just wondered if any one could shed some light on a problem for me...

have a problem with my mondeo tdci. about 50 miles after being serviced the glow plug light starting flashing then went off. about a week or later it did this again but this time lost power. mate come round and plugged computer into it and it came up with number 3 cyclindre above knock threshold.it ran like a bag of spanners and smoked like hell.next morning it wouldnt even start. after having the injectors re coded (in cyclinder order) it starts and runs fine but there seems to be a slight knock from about 2500-3500rpm. any ideas. it also seems to pull like a train now...

cheers

wouldnt complain if it pulls like a train lol it could be a slight bit of diesel knock that you hear, nothing really to worry about

seems weird that it never did it before the service, if it was a petrol car i would say the timing was out...

injectors m8 you can only re-code them once if the problem comes again it needs the offending injector replaced, also check the fuel filter is not leaking, im a ford tech, have this alot with them, google united diesels in shropshire get some diesel aid off him absolutely fantastic stuff increases perfomance, removes water from fuel etc
