kent cvh23 camshaft

Does anyone know wether i can fit a kent cvh23 camshaft in a 1990 xr3i efi engine with a gas flowed head, or is this a carbed engine cam??

CVH is sports cam for injection, and from 1.3 to 1.6 cvh.

Thanks for the reply, i have been it touch with kent direct and they say it is no good for the efi, even though it is listed as an injection cam?
Oh well more expense buying another....
