Thinking of ditching the idea of carbs for my zetec. Can anyone tell me whats involved with setting up bike throttle bodies on a megasquirt?? (average cost of megasquirt) and is it worth it, since so many people run fuel injected cars on omex at the moment?

i've used megasquirt but not on bike throttle bodies it's not too bad to under stand just read the on line manuals and your'll be fine i powered up my ms2 ecu from a jump pack and played about with the mega tune software in the spare room befor even putting the thing on the car.
Megasquirt is like marmite some people love it some people hate it personally for the money you pay for it it's great.

there are loads of on line forums that will be able to help you, google mega manual and have a read to see if it's your cup of tea.

When I turbo my Zetec in the kit car, you can come round and set that up for me then??

To be honest, I have heard it is self learning and can adapt and refine its own parameters to the inputs from the various sensors.

The ECU on my Impreza was very similar.
