hey guys i really need some help on some decent con rods to buy for my zetec turbo engine.i dont know whats good and what isnt so need help once iv got these it can be built back up and mapped its going to be on greens t34 area six cams area six valve springs cossie management ect so probly be 330-340bhp once set up so con rods need to be nice and stronge iv seen you can get

there are alsorts, farndon,pec, eagle, Im using farndon as I did a lot of research and found no one could say a bad work about them. they were a fair price too. I think for this sort of question you are best asking a proper engine builder such as gems, jamsport, corten miller performance as they will give a true, tried and tested explanation
