Default identifing ecu and chip

Well
Here i go again I am wondwering if the chip in my ecu is a 330 bhp chip and the ecu is a l6
On the chip it says sapp 803.3bar power egn.
The ecu says on it weber italy
iaw 045 w45 .06/
med l20 -70
fabbricato da marelli autronica

The reason I am asking is a lad at work says a ecu should have a vac pipe to it, but mine hasnt the car seems to run not too bad but im hoping to get it set up properly.
the thing is its in a kit car and I have bought most of the parts from flee bay [ I can see paul from rs laughing now ] so I am just trying to identifiy the bits to make sure what i have is what its supposed to be.
Help please Paul.

its a L6 ecu (as fitted to standard 2wd saffs), and i guess its a power engineering chip

i'm not sure what you mean with a VAC pipe to the ecu?

the chip should have a serial number to it, phone power engineering and confirm the spec the chip is for and get them to tell you what the CO% should be at idle

Matt

as above,
also there are no vacuum pipes fitted to any l6 l8 p8 ecu's etc. your friend may be thinking of an rs turbo which has a different ecu and a vacuum tube connection

take the lid of the ecu and the serial number will be onto the chip......if its got one

if you dont have a serial number, please make sure you get it set up with proper wideband to check fueling, or get a new chip

i use MSD chips and its superb!
