Default RS Focus - Tuning ?

Hi people.

Has any one tuned their RS Focus or ever tuned any car ? Cos i havent, and id like some advice please!!
Ive been looking into it for some time, but not too sure what route to take. Ive been looking on Puma Speed's website and also Collins, but was wondering if there are any other decent tuners around for ford cars? I live in Kent close to Margate, so I'm a fair way from these workshops!

Id like to get my car upto 300 bhp. But not sure whether to save for a package off of puma speed / collins, or buy components myself and take it somewhere to be re - mapped etc. Things like upgrading the exhaust system etc i can do myself on my friends ramp, and a couple of people have said to me get a decat to start as that helps, but isnt their a sensor in the original cat? Puma speed looks good, but im sure i can buy most parts myself for cheaper, and get it chipped or mapped maybe elsewhere??
I really do not know anything about tuning so any help would be grateful!!
Cheers guys

Hi mate,
You can get 300 for alot less than the pumaspeed kits.

Manifold
Iduction kit
decat or sports cat
bluefin or dreamscience
forge actuator running 21psi (plumbed direct)

Will see 300bhp

The actuator opens the wastegate on the turbo.
