Zetec help needed PLZ
Right i have a 1.8 ZETEC black top,
Now the oil pump went on me a few year's ago so had it rebuilt STG 2 head fast road cam's etc,
Now i did a compression as the HP didn't feel there it rev's up perfectly not a stuter anything spot on,
But the compression test brought back a result of 70psi per cylinder?
Now i heard the com[ression is supposed to be around 120-130 mark per cylinder.
I have been told to check my valve's in case there stuck but how would i go about that without removing the head?
Anyone got any idea's i mean the egine is spot on just rev's quite slow IMO pull's up the rev range no problem just doesn't feel like there is any force in the engine!
HELP PLEASE

Yeah throttle was open battery is fine m8 starter is fine too
The belt was just done at ford so timing should be ok
Just lack of power it drive's ok just no real power in the car u know
right, do the comp test again and put a little bit of oil down the bore then fit the tester. if the compression goes up then ur rings are a gonner and if it stays the same then its head gasket i think
also do a coolant test. kit for it is about a tenner. the colour determines if exhaust gasses are getting into your coolant. try burtons or a motor factors for it
