Default Series 1 RST Turbo advice

I have recently bought this series 1

Its running a turbo technics stage 2 hybrid 360' turbo but has awful lag, when it does come in it's awesome but as im not intending to turn it into a pod warrior would i benefit from putting a standard T2 back on it?

The next question is will i have to alter the other mods?

Its had Stage 3 head, piper performance cam shaft

- 31 actuator and apparantly a power engineering blueprint conversion although i havent seen any evidence of this...

Thanks in advance

have you had it set up? the lag you may be feeling could be altered by fitting a vernier pulley! and you mean T3 not as what you mentioned as they were fitted on Fiestas m8!

Your right , i meant a T3 hybrid.

In the process of finding somewhere to get it set up now, was thinking about changing the turbo first though....i may just see what happens after i get it set up.....The turbo doesnt kick in until quite high in the rev range though, i really want it to come in lower down, hopefully a simple tune may cure it.
