i am wanting to put my sapph back to standard apart from engine.i have a couple of 2028 single cd players as used with the 2008 headunit.unfortunatly neither cd player has the right code. i have been told that this model is not the easiest to decode.have found one site that recons they can decode them but its very expesive.does anyone know of anywhere that i can get the codes for this model at a reasonable price or alternativly does the 2040 cd player have the same plugs on the back as the 2028 as i have heard that this model is easier to decode.any help greatly appreciated.

I was given 2 CD units. One with code not reading discs. The other No code working fine. I managed to take them to bits and make a good one. I also got 2 2008RDS units and A full mint wiring loom but the amp is knackered. It only works 2-channel.

Need an amp!

2028 and 2040 cd players use different amps and have different plugs .
