Exclamation miss on big power escort cosworth input needed

hello all.I have a prob below 3500 rpm it seems that unless pedal is to the floor the car is a complete dog to drive cant quite put my finger on it i can here it allmost preigniting any suggestions peeps THANKS

What Ecu,What Coils,what plugs and gaps, What afr is it running when getting in to the miss.

Its running l8 msd closed loop groupa coil standard distributer set up with ngk bcr8es at .7 mm i think and ive not done afr yet and what sensor controls the fueling below 3500 rpm if any thanks

If it has big cams and or a big port head it may not like closed loop, Is the coil lead running close to the mapsensor,
If it is just a off the self chip it may be best to get it live mapped to get the best drivabilty.

The car has drove spot on for 6000 miles it has cams and mild porting its like ignition timeing is way out below 3500 RPM
