there is screws keeping the door pull on...poppers all the way round..try to use a proper removal tool if you can as they seem to be very tight on those and break quite easy

There is a screw:
Behind the electric window switch (or cover)
In the lower door handel , which is quite deep and hard to get out
2 or maybe 3 around the outer edge of it.
To get it off its quite tricky, unlikely that you wont break any of them and most likely that you'll cut yourself or skin your nuckles
I just stick my hand in the gap between the door and card and force them out trying to keep the force as perpindicular to the door as possible.
JAmes.

Just to clear this up,
If its manual windows you have to remove the handle first by taking off the little clip holding the handle on.
There is one screw in the door handle that is either visble or has a cover on it (lower half), then once youve prised off the handle (you will most likely break some clips) there is another screw in the top part of the handle.
There are a couple of screws around the circular part of the whole doorcard, one directly at the bottom. Once youve done that then you can prise the whole doorcard off.
As people have said its a bastard to do, you might want to get yourself some spare clips from ford because they usually break. also sometimes the actual clip holders on teh doorcard rip off because its just cardboard at the top
