more probs tickin over at 1700 rpm y
any advice would be lovley maybe 1 day illbe able to drive it 1 hole day with out a problem

You've checked the obvious things,accelarator cable sticking etc????
Also worth checking base idle screw has'nt dropped out
Pull the plug off idle control valve and see if that makes any diffrence.
Do the WD40 test,spray it all around inlet/plenum and see if idle rises,will
indicate if any gaskets sucking in air.
You've had injectors out too????Check there are no leaks where they sit in inlet manifold(O rings might be fooked)

You wouldnt catch me spraying wd40 all over my shiny clean engine bay!
A week later it will be smothered in dusty oily crap!.

Take boost hose off inlet and check butterfly not sticking.
Have you checked base idle screw has'nt dropped out????
And other things I suggested???

On the bottom of throttle body,should be a long screw with a lock nut on it if its a 2wd throttle body.
4wd throttle body has got a shitty brass screw that is recessed inside hole.

started it up 2day and its fine
everythin works
no faults at all
