Good Afternoon.
Can anyone help me with the following:

Crankshaft Front Oil Seal-What are people using as a suitable distance piece behind the thrust washer to install a new oil seal on an engine still in the car? I believe that Fords use a special tool.

I have a noisy clutch release bearing which has been like it near enough from new.
Why is this? As I said I installed a new 3-piece clutch kit for the first time ever just over a year ago-could I have installed incorrectly or could there be another problem?

Does anyone have a good tip or advise for fitting a new sump gasket again to engine in car?
