Hi,

Looking at getting this, as its come up cheap at the garage near me.

2001 51 Reg FORD Mondeo 2.0TD Ghia.
* 103,000 miles
* Manual
* Black
* Diesel
* Saloon
* 1998 cc

Now, its cheap, but the problem is described as...

ENGINE NEEDS ATTENTION drives well but intermittent fault we believe its OVER FUELLING sometimes smokey when cold after its been driven half a mile its spot on

So, any ideas what it could be?

Worth a look for the cash? Its up for 999, but i should be able to get him down a bit i think.

Any more info needed i will go and have a word tomorrow, just dont want to turn up sounding like a numpty.

drive it is the clutch ok flywheel and clutch cost more than the car is up for does sound like e g r tho get someone who knows to have a look before buying
