I have a 2006 Focus C-Max 2.0L Ghia which is currently running standard suspension and I wondered if you could give me some advice on how to go about uprateing it and maybe putting a lowering kit on it as well.

The car has 16" alloys so I would need to know how low I could take it without having to have the arches rolled or anything. I would hope for about 40mm.

I'm just not sure if it's fundimentally the same set up as the standard Focus chassis.
