Default twin dellorto over-fueling

I have a pinto 2.1 (bored out from 2.0) with twin delloroto carbs. one of them is getting too much fuel but i cant see where to turn it down.

I assume they are DHLA ?
If so check the float height first, as even a tiny bit of muck jams the needle valve open.
The carbs have a fuel adjuster for each barrel, in a tube like orrifice between the centre of the carb and the head end, but if overfuelling on both would check float first.
Are they sealed carbs or not ?
