Default Saph idling problem help please before i go nuts

My car idles abot 1000 rpm when you come to a sudden stop after loading it up or going hard it just cuts out. When you slow down nice & easy it idles fine.
I have cleaned the iscv soaked it in oil all night never made any difference.
What else can cause this as its going to end up foooking my turbo as its cutting out when piping hot.2wd saph cossie forgot to add

If you know exactly what chip etc is in it, I would take it along to a rolling road, just for a check up at same time, should only be a hours labour, but peace of mind.

Its been on the rollers & is fuelling ok just a bit rich on idle.Is it just the screw on the ecu that i can bring it back a bit to make it a bit leaner

in theory it will bring the idle co down by adjusting the global mod( ecu screw) but the problem is this screw will trim the whole fuel table as a percentage, so it will also weaken it off at the top....

make sure you havent got a faulty map sensor, ect,act sensor, as these can cause this sort of rich running faults...

Every engine sensor is new but i know there could still be a faulty one.I will check it out & try get it a bit leaner on idle im sure flat out the car was running a tad rich anyway so got a bit adjustment to go.I said above the fuelling was ok on rolling road what i meant is that it wasnt lean

well i'd just replace the ECU water temp sensor (blue 2 pin plug one)
as that (if any) will be the one making the ecu think it should be on cold start all the time

i'd do this before messing with the CO screw. as your settings will all be out if you play with that!?
