ive just removed my cvh head to recon and when taking one of the exhaust studs out it snapped off ,its now flush with the head Ive tried to drill it out and then use a stud remover but thats not working can any1 help

 

weld through a nut over the broken stud ,then remove ,this is the best way if it is tight
