Default clutch problem

hi all i have a mk2 xr2 turbo it has an escort engine and box does anyone know if i have to take the engine out to do the clutch or is there still enough room???? thanks

i take it is a cvh turbo if so yes still enough room to remove it without taking the engine out

You can leave the drive shafts in and just undo the bell housing bolts and swing the gearbox down.Just make sure you have the car jacked up high enough to get the clearence.

is that even with the rs turbo engine and box ???
