Right guys,
Does anyone know for certain if the Weber L8 ecu
has a limp-home mode?,if i drove around with,say the knock sensor disconnected what would the ecu do?.

What does '909' mean?,i often see those numbers
quoted on eBay when bits for Cosworths are on sale.

It has several as far as im aware, including the knock sensor one you mention, Stu can give details im sure, but Id imagine the default map will take half a dozen degrees off the timing if it loses the knock sensor, thats what most ecu's do.


It means its a ford motorsport part, or that its something ATM found in a skip but want a lot of money for.
