mines is sometimes revving up at 3000 then goes away do you think its fecked or just needing a good clean and if so clean it with what

 

TPS won't do this, iscv will though, but most likely other fault, maybe air leak.
Tps cannot effectively be cleaned anyway, but iscv can with carb cleaner, just apply some furniture polish afterwards, as this helps it to stop sticking.
