Default Brass plugging ZVH oilways

Just a quick question. Only one of the 4 front oilways on my ZVH block have been brass plugged and as I want to run a Zetec headgasket I want the other 3 done. Can you just "hammer" some plugs in, or do they need to be professionally fitted and the block skimmed?

You need to turn up some brass plugs to a few thou more than the hole, i tappered mine slightly, knocked em in them had them faced off.

Note: the holes arent 90 degrees to the deck face.
