3dr level 1 and saff level 6 are the chips different ie not interchangable or would they fit each other but not run right what are the differences

stu so it would fit but not run right or is the chip totaly diffferent

the chip is physically the same size alan, so would 'plug in' - but won't run, as the internal architecture of the ECU (memory wise) is very different.
