Default cosworth head

could anyone please tell me the order in which the head bolts are loosened and re tightened on a 4x4 sapph? i can find the torque settings but not the order the bolts are removed and replaced in.

start at the outside of the head and work in in diagonals for loosening finishing in the middle and for tightening start at the middle of the head and work out in diagonals, ie if loosening start with the back of the head on the exhaust side and the next one would be the front of the head on the inlet side. hope this helps
